Community Impact

Program participants engage in workforce development projects that address important community issues, such as disaster response, affordable housing and healthcare, conservation, manufacturing, and wildfire prevention. These projects benefit communities and help participants learn critical job skills, preparing them for successful careers, post secondary education, or additional vocational training.
